Personel Kathy Watkins: One of the original founders of Sundance Plumbing Inc. Kathy is President and RMO with over 30 years experience operating & managing 2 plumbing companies. We are a woman owned business. Kathy’s hobbies are photography, equestrian & canine in nature, she loves all animals. Kathy has raised two sons and been married to Michael since 1973. Michael Watkins: CFO with over 36 years of plumbing & business experience. Founder of Sundance Plumbing Inc. Mike keeps up with latest ideas & new product lines through Seminars & extended training. Mike does estimating & trouble shooting. Mike’s hobbies are mountain biking & photography. Mike has raised 2 sons and been married to Kathy since 1973. John Watkins: Vice President returned to Sundance Plumbing Inc. in March 1996. John, a second-generation plumber, & 1998 PHCC State Champion, strengthens our company with fresh ideas. John has been working with in the plumbing industry since 1980. John has completed specialty training in water treatment areas and Los Angeles & Ventura County certifications in backflow prevention, new product lines & business. John is medical gas pipe certified. John’s hobbies are softball, scuba diving & mountain biking.   Matt Wolters: Plumbing apprentice extraordinary, currently attending PHCC apprenticeship program and top in his class. Matt has been working in the plumbing industry off and on for the last 7 years. Matt recently moved back to California and is serious about formal training in plumbing. Matt joined us in November 2004 and brings enthusiasm and good work ethics to Sundance Plumbing Inc. Matt is married to a delightful lady Christina and have a son Brandon. Matt’s hobbies include motorcycles on Mulholland and plumbing. Matt is a great addition to our work force. James Brown: Jim, a second-generation plumber, has been in the plumbing industry for over 20 years. His whole family is in the plumbing industry. Jim joined us in February 2005 and is a seasoned veteran with old school work ethics it is hard to find these days. Jim is married Lori who teaches school in Thousand Oaks. They have two children Nick & Katy. Jim loves the Boston Redsocks. Michael Carpenter: Mike, a third-generation plumber, joined us January of 2006. Mike has a wife (Lori) married 1998. 3 daughters Crystal, Tabitha & Alisha and 1 son Justin. Mike helps round out our company complimenting it with professionalism and conciseness work habits. Betty Clancy: Betty is our office manager as of November 2006. Betty brings 40+ years of experience being office manager for 2 plumbing companies & a large contracting utility company. Recently Betty became available as her employer of 1973 to 2006 as it closed its doors. Betty will be taking over all office duties in a gradual transition probably complete about February 2007. Ray Harp: Ray joined us in 2007. A first generation plumber apprentice. Ray is personal and has great mechanical skills he is rapidly becoming an asset to our company. Ray has a wife Marge and daughter Michaela. Ray is a very family orientated man.
