Many plumbing items require annual, semi annual or varied service needs. SPI keeps track of scheduled needs and remind when necessary by postcard (or if requested a phone call). SPI offers a free evaluation of your plumbing system needs. SPI would like to show you what we could do. Let SPI do the worrying, we keep track of service records and notify you when service is due. General inspections of your complete systems can save accented damage due to unseen water leak.

Water heaters, require servicing annually, given Southern California's poor water quality. All Tank-less and some Hybrid water heaters require annual de-liming.

Sump pumps and drains, sewage or rainwater, should be inspected and tested at a minimum annually.
Water filters require servicing 6 to 12 months depending on model, usage, and water quality.
Backflow Devices require certification annually.
Pressure regulators, should be checked and tested annually.

We are knowledgeable in water treatment (filtration) and grey water systems.

  • We are experienced with Rainwater Sewage ejector systems, seismic gas shut off valves, back flow and updated water heater service including internal sediment removal with specialized vacuum systems.
  • We are experienced in water treatment as well as with all types of coppers, malleable, stainless steels, cast irons, plastics, poly ethylene, glass piping, Ameri-vent, clay piping, brass, water heaters, steam generators, regulators, backflow devices, and all brands of fixtures.
  • Our equipment enables us to thread gas piping up to 4". SPI has smoke testing equipment for finding the evasive source of sewer odors.
