HELP WANTED: We work mainly high-end residential an Commercial, doing service maintenance and remodel work. Occasional new work. Most of our work is in the preventive maintenance area. We do water treatment, pump service, water heater maintaince as well as general plumbing. We have our own trucks kept at shop. We are located at Malibu Lake (Agoura) area. We are looking for clean-cut, skilled, career orientated journeyman and apprentice plumbers. We provide; Trucks, power equipment and larger tools. Excelent wages hourly. We do not work commission. We pay travel time between jobs. Medical insurance. Paid vacations weather used or not. Six paid holidays. Six days Uniform shirts and T-shirts. We require; Minimum 4 years journeyman experience, except for apprentices. Must have good DMV. Must be a non smoker. Must have own hand tools, everything smaller than 24” pipe wrench, except for apprentices. Must be willing to be on call rotated nights, weekends and holidays that fall on your watch. Must be physically fit. Job requires capabilities to lift minimum of 70 lbs., Digging, crawling in small tight spaces and working under cabinets for long periods of time.Must have some people skills and have a clean cut appearance. Journeymen: Require installation knowledge for new drains, water lines, remodels and additions. Removal and installation plumbing fixtures, trouble shooting, and repair, existing plumbing problems. Some heavy lifting required for water heater installation and use of sewer equipment. Must have the ability to work and maneuver in small areas as well as wet & muddy conditions. Must be experienced with all sizes of drain cleaning equipment. On-call duties required. Salary is negotiable and is based on experience. Apprentice:   Require some heavy lifting required for water heater installation and use of sewer equipment. Must have the ability to work and maneuver in small areas as well as wet & muddy conditions. Must have mechanical aptitude. On-call duties required. Salary is negotiable and is based on experience.
